Do I need a new press to solve this velocity variation?

I mean, reading the wind is what I'm training right now. And my dope was definitely crap, because my ammo is about 100fps faster than I thought.

But even after dialing in the new mean velocity, misses have been primarily in elevation. Basically, with the once-fired, I would just barely miss low, so I'd add a click of up and the next shot would fly over. Checking those shots' velocities, it would be like 2575 for the low shot and then 2620 for the high shot. With the new brass, I never had those kind of big jumps from shot to shot, and my corrections actually correct the next shot.

If you did load development on virgin brass you’ll most likely need to redo development on fire formed brass.

I didn't consider this. But the two loads are so remarkably similar: mean velocity within a few fps and identical point of impact at 100y. I would have thought the two loads were exactly the same if I hadn't been having problems past 500y and gathered all this data from the Labradar. I guess I figured since I'm full-length sizing, I could afford to have one charge shared between virgin and used brass.
