Homelessness

Most don’t want help though, that is my point. Some people just don’t want to join society. Even though that sounds weird to us.

I get the same story every day from my spouse who works in a county rehabilitation hospital too. She gets new homeless people every day who have been hit by a car while playing with traffic on drugs or had a stroke, etc. Every one of them wants out and back to their corner even though they get 24/7 care, showers, and free meals there. They usually get angry about the situation and discharge themselves if they can. Some are paralyzed and can’t do that obviously but the ones who can just want back out on the streets right away. You can’t force them to get help and they don’t want it.
