Thanks, I appreciate it. Believe me, I have no problem accepting responsibility, but all of these things are ones that were out of my control. It has been really frustrating, because I do project management/systems processing for my civilian job in a Fortune 500 company, so by nature and profession have to stay on top of things and even predict where problems might arise.

I have tried being polite, patient, and understanding, especially because I don't want to get paperwork, but it seems just to encourage my unit to continue taking advantage of me. I don't know why anyone would willingly put themselves into such frustrating situations, but that is the message my leadership is sending.
