Neighbors sue man to stop auto repairs at his own home

Exactly. I live near an extremely storybook seaside artistic city. The property values have gone absolutely through the roof because rich people really want to live in those quaint artistic creative communities. If only in my opinion they want to live among the creative people in some pursuit to feel more intellectual. Think about the little artistic communities in your state and then look at the property values. Now add the most desirable waterfront in the country. So this city is vibrant with music and art and, being seaside, the community embraces the outdoors. They have an outdoor concert series that is extremely popular (nightly shows in the summer 4-5 times a week). It's an ongoing music and arts festival and clearly a big part of what made the area so alluring and helped drive the values up so much and bring in the rich. Now.... the newer residents that live there are petitioning for an end to the concerts claiming noise and a bit of traffic is disturbing them. It's unbelievable to me that these people are now putting big legal money behind ending the very thing that made the area appealing enough for them to want to own property in. They are suing the city which is insane as they are literally suing the very people they wanted so badly to integrate with that they would spend millions on a house worth about $250k located in a normal market.
