I’ve been having trouble with this since puberty. I used to get nasty bright red breakouts on my nose, but they’ve died out a bit. I still need help though - it definitely isn’t fixed. My nose is very shiny and red with a ton of small black dots much larger than they should be on my nose, in addition to the scattered pimples I get. I have very oily skin, but only on my nose. My forehead can get a little oily sometimes too. When I wash 3 times a day, some parts of my face will get dry and flakey, but never my nose.
My routine:
Morning and night I wash with Biore Charcoal Face Wash when I shower. I use as directed. I recently switched to this over a different type (I think neutrogena acne wash, but I’m not sure).
What can I do to fix this?
