Activity: I spend ALOT of my free time on minecraft. But since my school started recently, I have to get on track for upcoming
exams and stuff, but I can still do a lot of hours (6+) of moderating. I also spend most of those hours playing MineHQ, so nothing
would be different for me if I were to moderate on the MineHQ servers & ts.

Why do I want to be Staff?: I want to be Staff, for the sole reason of helping the community out on ALL of the servers. For
example, when I'm on the KitMap server, there is usually tons of hackers online, and there's no staff to help out. The hacker knows
that nobody is on to ban them, so they will continue to hack & go on alts. I'm really good at spotting hacks & helping the community
/ making sure that they get what they want. I will always help out in the teamspeak, and I will never stand back to ask for help. If
I do not know something in a particular situation, I will be honest to the player and let them know that I do not know something
about their situation and I will ask for help from a higher staff member online at the time. I will always record my bans if I have
to. I do not false ban players / ban players for not liking them or them not liking me. I would only ban someone if they were really
doing something that is bannable. I know that being a Staff member on ANY server means that you have to be professional and accurate,
and I can do that. I know how to punish players and I will never punish anyone unfairly or not punish someone just because I am their
friends. I can get along with other staff members aswell, and I also try to stay on everyones good side.
EXAMPLE OF TEMP-BANNING SOMEONE - Player A: The Offender - Player B: The Victim Alright so; Player A messages Player B privately to "drink bleach" (which is basically telling someone to end their lives) and
Player B gets really offended by this. He will then /report Player A Suicide Encouragement / Death Threats (with a screenshot, if
not I will ask for a screenshot of the WHOLE screen), and I will then proceed from there. If Player A does commit to doing so, then
he will receive a 24 hour ban.
