You can probably just tell her exactly what you said here. Let her know you don’t expect exclusivity and that topic can be approached when ready (if y’all get there) but that you’d prefer she keep info about her other dates to herself. Maybe even throw in (not in a creepy way) that it makes you a little jealous, just kind of confirming your continued interest in her.

It’s normal to date multiple people when you’re in that early stage and not exclusive. But it’s always been my understanding that the polite thing was to keep it to yourself unless you’re having a safe sex chat that discloses recent partners/protection/risk factors.
