im thinking quite the same, people really underestimate how these stuffs would happen in practice, how does it not matter when there are several factors affecting on how you deal dmg with blooms?

first off you're mostly only getting 15-20 bloom procs in one rotation, thats extremely short and can skew the consistency of those bloom crits. Thats not 20% increase, especially if theres a high rate of bloom procs getting icded.

for instance, lets say in theory that 30% of your blooms get icded, and since you only have 20% chance to crit, we can just multiply both of these probabilities together and get a result of a measly 14% chance of bloom crits.

if y'all are really "statistically speaking" you should have easily taken into account these probabilities, and we arent even considering the correct character to bloom or in AoE situation where blooms get icded ALOT.

Whats the chance of critting? i dont know im not into this kind of stuff, but all I know is that we dont have the luxury of getting infinite blooms to get closer to the theoretical "20% increase" that you guys claim of, let alone those probabilities that can literally affect your procs.
