Honestly they’re getting away with what the band and venue are allowing. Where’s security? Rude people will get away with what they can. It’s their nature. Both entities could prevent this, (venue has security, and the band can make an announcement and refuse to play) yet they don’t. What you permit, you promote.

My opinion: If someone has a GA ticket they can stand anywhere they want as long as it not on your head. The ticket doesn’t entitle anyone to take the space of 5+ ticket holders and be a jerk about it. Any other position is patently indefensible. Blankets cause conflict… always have. Sucks the band and venues are putting fans in conflict with each other due to their inaction.
