Mom lurker. I checked out the subreddit because I was listening to an interview with the cofounder, Alexis Ohanian, who mentioned daddit was among his top subreddits when he and Serena were expecting. I visited and the Bluey fan club, nurturing dads, hilarious dad jokes made for a good support group. I often share relatable posts here with my husband. I find this group relatable at a parenting level in that the group skews towards an authoritative parenting style; loving and firm without arbitrary rules.
Maybe this subreddit has better moderation? I have encountered child free hate trolls masquerading as parents in other parenting subreddits.
