But you can’t prove that there is an observer. We are probably just biological machines. If you were to look at the universe from a far, yes, we would look as one, but as I said the car engine inside a car is still an engine. And now us having distinct consciousness,thoughts and feelings is what separates us already. First of all, the idea that we are all one would negate love, as love necessitates two entities. Love is an exchange between at least two persons. Secondly, if we are all one, why are we not one right now? Right now, we all have the distinct experience of being individual persons. We are obviously not one. Certainly, we can be one with other people by sharing the same interest, purpose, politics, religion, nationality etc., but, still, we are different persons. In that sense I find the saying “we’re one’ a nonsense.
