Netflix has only started mentioning the Sokovia Accords (from a 2016 movie) this year, so I imagine it will take until 2020 seasons before they will be like "oh and remember that time you disappeared and just came back" (if the snap will be reversed in Avengers 4 and everyone is still aware of it happening) or something like that, it will all happen off-screen between seasons.

Agents of SHIELD probably won't address it either this year because they can't resolve it without spoiling the conclusion of Avengers 4, so it's just set before Infinity War and if we get another season that runs past Avengers 4 release date they'd make Fitz or Simmons disappear to break our heart again.
