If you upload those pictures to Lightroom and hit the auto button (to let Lightroom make automatic adjustments) they might improve dramatically. Also crop a bit to get the horizon straight.

It’s going to be difficult to get an entire shot in focus when you have a distant landscape and a small branch only feet in front of you. You would need to do some focus stacking in post.

Honestly though, those foreground elements in your shots are really just distractions, I would avoid them. Look for more interesting subjects for your foreground. If you stop down to say f11 you could get decent focus on the foreground as long as it’s say 5 or 10 feet from you roughly.
