This is my theory. Echoing avator of the internet, about social currencies. I agree with that statement. Keeping that idea in mind, I believe reddit is full of contrarians.

If you ask majority of people their thoughts on pedos. They will likely tell you some exaggerating, violent fantasy about killing them or some edgy shit like that. This is from my RL experiences and facebook. They enjoy the fact that convicted pedos are often targets in prison.

Reddit takes le high road by defending pedos in the worst kinds of ways. By saying women were having sex by the time they hit puberty for centuries. So liking attractive 14 yr olds is somehow natural because it was a social norm back in the day.

Or using similar kinds of augments. It's really gross.

I honestly feel pity for pedos. They're just humans who need some help. And praise any pedo that actively seeks professional help and removes themselves from potentially harming any children. I'm not a smart man, but I believe we can figure them out and maybe cure them.
