One for the higher earners in this sub...

  1. The big salary jumps primarily mean more savings/investments. We bought a big house which is the main thing that has changed my lifestyle. Most other things are generally the same, just slightly nicer and more peaceful.

  2. No guilt, just gratitude. There have been moments where friends share how they're struggling, which can be difficult.

  3. Not really more charitable as that's always been important to me. Maybe that's wrong though and I should do more. We do pay for most restaurant bills these days and buy unexpected gifts more frequently. Our parents will be looked after financially when they're older. We're surprising both sets of parents with a car when they need new ones.
