One of the most common forms of casual racism today

The definition and understanding of racism, it's affect on communities, what forms it takes, and how it is outwardly expressed evolves just like every word or concept in human history, and it cannot be fixed in time for the sake of our resistance to new information. You can not adequately defend your stance if you are reluctant to learn about the opposing side. If you believe you are correct in your assertion, then a better approach would be to research why some believe that the previous definition of racism is no longer an accurate representation that encompasses the complexity of racism; a definition that has been elaborate after decades of research. I am not commenting to change your mind, or spoon feed you information. As always you are free to learn, or remain as you are.
