I don't understand the people out there still defending DFV. We now know he's a CFA and the guy heavily encouraged people to invest a risky asset without the proper warnings and disclaimers.

He kept doing posting his screenshot knowing full well that it will make people HODL.

He said first that he was a value investor which we now know is a lie because he kept holding even at an insane valuation.

He said stuff like "what's an exit strategy?" which is a pretty harmful message to say and this is super-duper-mega illegal to say when you're a CFA.

But most importantly, as soon as he's a CFA, isn't he part of the "system" they're trying to crack down? (don't get me wrong, you should trust a CFA as he should have your best interest in mind, but if you go after big banks and all that but don't go after a guy that spent 3 years studying to work for the system, this is just plain stupid)
