[Online][5e][CST]LFP for a homebrew campaign

Hey, I'm a fairly new but knowledge player. What I expect from a DM, is one who encourage Roleplaying and willing to challenge us but be fair. I'm fine and content playing a home-brew game. I have a couple of ideas for characters, I'm find playing any class that would best fit.

Roland The Dragon Draconic Sorcerer : Roland was one of the many children left orphan to the horrors of the world. As one of the many orphans growing up in an overcrowded orphanage he was very easily tricked by a group of cultist that led him and other peasants and orphans into what was a ritual to resurrect one of the fallen great chromatic dragons (Red) that ravage the land long ago. The cultist would have succeeded if it wasn't for a group of adventures that came to stop the ritual. As they fought through the cultist, they stop the ritual just in time as Roland was the last sacrifice left having his soul ripped from his body to rebirth the great red wyvern. And as quickly as those adventure came to Roland they left, onto their next adventure.

Since that day Roland was memorize with the idea of being an adventure, a hero of justice, defender of the weak, a warrior of light. Shortly after the his rescuing, what can only be assumed to be a result and trigger of the ritual, his arcanic abilities emerged. Although he found those abilities as a blessing, everyone else found them as a curse. With no training and anyone to guide him they often flared up and out of control. After the news of Roland accidentally setting a neighborhood ablaze, he was founded by an old grumpy wizard who rescued him the local jail. Whether it was for feeling sorry for a child be condemned for a gift he can't control or for a interested in the his potential he took him as on as a student and trained him to have a better control of his powers. After years of training, Roland leaves his master and set off to be the Hero of justice he plans to be.
