So many things wrong with this surevy I don't know where to begine.
Damagers:
Bomb king is the strongest damager.
I would like to heavly disagree, and the correct answer would be either lian or cassie.
Bomb king is one of the most balanced champion in the game next to Mal damba and Androxus.
You either too low elo to think bombking is too strong or just simply never faced a skilled Cassie.
Weakest Damagers:
For the love of god, stop saying willo is the weakest.
The people who keep saying are most likely people that barely have any skill and just want to be straight up OP or unkillable for the flanks.
Only yesterday i played willo carried my whole team, my damage reducation card giving me 25% damage reducation was more than enough for me to face the flanks.
blocking the healing by 100% for the tanks and making it hell for the supports, i have no idea what people want from willo that they bitch about her this much being "weak" is hard to pin point.
I suppose they literally just want her to be some much of a piece of shit champion to be banned on every single match on the high elo.
like "waaaaaaa champion is not broken he is the weakest champion in the game".
willo is the second most annouying champion right next to dredge.
The weakest champion would be kinessa that only the pros can handle attack on.
other than that she is easly one of the easiest champions to ever flank, I dare you try to be kinessa against a good flank.
The strongest flank:
Andro? seriously? andro only powerful if you have a really really good aim and even if you do have a good aim you still can't do half the crap maeve and evie can do.
through my exprience playing this game even mutu or ladji can't carry a game with andro without some help, i have barely seen anyone being OP and too strong as a flank using andro matter fact it always felt fair to me.
unless andro gets a damage reducation card like one of maeve's bullshit cards, he is totally not the strongest.
andro would be so down on the list, the order should be:
1.maeve (because her damage reducation cards are so bullshit she can literally jump over 4 people kill the support or someone else get shot by all of them and will still have 1hp running away)
evie ( i have seen so many evie's cleaning the floor of a whole team like a 1v5 using evie that's the type of shit andro will never do.)
zhin (less skill needed, just tactical ability)
talus
and then somewhere probably even below lex andro will be in the list.
The Weakest flank:
Lex? let me explain something, just because lex is not seen often doesn't mean he is weak at all.
only many MANY bad lex players, a good DEATH HASTENS lex will show you hell.
the issue with lex is simply over the fact his mobility is crap due to the map designs forgetting about some champions abilities and lex is one of them.
there is barely any surprise element for you as a flank being lex in a high elo match.
but lex is by any shape or form NOT weak.
the weakest is Skye, enough illuminate will make you defeat any skye.
and i know people that have reached grandmaster ranks using skye alone and will agree over the fact she is the weakest flank out there.
Strongest Frontline:
not ruam.
the strongest will be in order like this:
1. barik, 2. makoa, 3. khan.
totally not ruam, if you think so i'm sorry but you are probably very low Elo.
unless Hi rez gives ruam some CC amunity ability, he is not the strongest.
One CC is more than enough to make ruam on his knees easly.
a good khan can defeat ruam hard.
Weakest Frontline:
yah that's torvold, he is more like a "support tank" than being like the others, so easy to kill.

in summary:
Everything i said is based from my exprience playing the game which is about 3500 hours playing this buggy unstable ass game.
I have played with and against what is considered to be the very best in this game to write my opinion on this list.
As harsh and rude it might sound but i seriously believe this survy taken by people from low elo or the ones stuck in gold for a good reason, or simply NA region players.
if hi rez is taking balance suggestions from the likes of what is presented in this post, no wonder they keep making crappy unbalanced mess most often.
In the end this whole post still considered a personal opinion and argument response, you are free to keep your stance against my take.
what really matter in the end is enjoying the game.
