What have you learned today? Hopefully that your messages seem quite aggressive and as you describe, full of rage, and that telling anyone how they feel is never the right thing to do, what if your personal pet just died, how would it make you feel that everyone around you insists that you are fine no matter what you tell them, its quite destructive.
