I am just as passionate about these school shooting as you guys all are. Don't understand my defense of the 2nd amendment to say I am less pationate about saving lives than any of you. And that's a common misjudgements you all make when talking to those who are pationate about the 2nd ammendment.

There are other ways to address this. This knee jerk reaction bannishment of guns is often misguided and does nothing. Especially when it's directed towards gun components or certain types of guns mostly because of how they look. Handguns are overwhelmingly responsible for all gun homicides and suicides.

As with basically all the gun laws that went into effect after the San Bernardino shooting in California, ZERO of them would've prevented that tragedy.

Come to us with gun reform that will actually make a different. We will support it.

Otherwise, stop trying to pass laws that largely disarm the 99 % of the gun owning population that are responsible gun owners.
