As an RCB fan, it's kinda weird sometimes too see him so aggressive. Sure, it definitely shows his passion for the game, but I think it makes him kinda hard to approach for the players and decreases his likeability.

For example, the thing that happened in the 2nd T20 yesterday, when he aggressively hit the stumps with the ball out of frustration, even though there was no chance for a run out and only resulted in England getting an extra run and also him hurting himself a bit on the finger.

Captains like Kane Williamson and Joe Root, Rohit Sharma in IPL and previously Dhoni and AB were much calmer and that definitely contributed to their immense success.
