people who like andrew tate, why?

I agree that toxic masculinity and toxic femininity hurt everyone. However, when it comes to mental health, I would argue that women are more neglected than men. Women attempt suicidal more, have higher rates of depression and anxiety, more likely to go undiagnosed with disabilities, and, if they have a family, be the emotional support parent. Men are told to man up and women are told to stop being so dramatic. It goes both ways and I’m not sure where this narrative that men are more neglected than women when in real life it’s probably about equal. As for men being pushed out of jobs, I would also argue that women are more often pushed out from jobs that are higher earning (STEM) and men are pushed out from traditionally female jobs (teaching, nursing, ect.).

I think that toxicity goes both ways, women insisting a man pays for everything is toxic for him. A man insisting a woman should do most of the child raising, chores, and emotional support is toxic for her. With that being said, it can work in reverse. A man insisting he pays for everything can be toxic for her and a women insisting she does all the child raising can be toxic him. In this scenario, it’s a couple, and if they both are in agreement in how they should live their lives than that’s great. The issue is when someone says everyone should be this way and I’m going to force it. There are general issues that are outside of a relations that are toxic such as speaking over a women, assuming she’s stupid or less than etc., can’t be a good leader or assuming every man is a pervert.

Most issues go both ways and people bank off of impressionable young men, ‘white male rage’, if you will, and create a victim attitude that’s based in anger.
