People who live around old unsolved serial killers stomping ground, do you ever think that nice old guy you spoke to could be a retired serial killer?

Ive never lived near a unsolved serial killer case but ive known people that could definitely become one, specifically, my best friend. She just doesn't behave or think like a normal person. Shes charismatic but at the same time completely anti-social, she doesn't understand how to normally interact with people. She doesn't seem to experience any embarrassment or shame ever. Everyone is out to get here and she's always right, no matter what she'll manipulate the situation to make others look crazy. She basically ruined this girls life just cos she didn't like her. She'll say the most innapropriate things to people she only just meets, its like some sort of power play. She doesn't understand normal emotions, im the only solid friend that has stuck with her, others have always left her and I dont blame them. She once made her boyfriend cut her name into his arm with a pocket knife. She just thought it was funny. She's told me before that she has dreams of killing people sometimes and that everyone in the world is weak. And she was molested as a child. I always say that im happy I have someone like her on my side lol. Ive noticed that these people always keep that one friend that they would never go against and I think im that person.
