Nobody knows this, but Gaga buddied up to Perez around 2008-2010 and used him to clout chase Xtina for “copying” Gaga around that time (they had similar aesthetics but Gaga was a nobody then so the accusations were ridiculous) and he used it tank Xtinas career while Gaga’s career flourished from it. One of the reasons why Bionic flopped and pretty much ended her career has a top pop star. Nobody knows this but when Gaga and Perez had a falling out in 2013 he pretty much admitted to everyone this happened and that he was sorry he did it (I already suspected as much bc Gaga had Akon, a frequent collaborator of hers at the time, making insinuations to the media of Xtina copying Gaga so it wasn’t surprising at all to me) Gaga gave out a cryptic apology to Xtina afterwards saying she was sorry if she did anything to hurt her. Xtina is a better person than me bc I think she forgave her and then they collaborated on the DWUW remix.
