Person invites themselves to game

Me and my friends played in an ongoing campaign for a few years, once a year we would get together and play out big parts of the campaign in-person. One of these times we got together in a hotel, rented out a few adjacent rooms, and basically just played the campaign for the whole weekend.

One of our guys at the time was... we think... more than a bit "on the spectrum," so to speak. We kinda knew already, but that weekend confirmed it... because he showed up at the main room we were playing in on the second day there with a random hotel staffer that had been cleaning rooms and invited him to join us for D&D.

Fortunately, the staffer seemed to find the situation just as awkward as the rest of us did and politely declined. We kept a tighter leash on our dear friend for the rest of that weekend, but he still proceeded to tell everyone he encountered about the game - often accompanied by an invitation that they were socially adept enough to politely decline. Mostly hotel workers and unfortunate folks that were polite enough to allow him to strike up a conversation with them in the hotel's breakfast area.

I think that was the last time we took him out in public. It was just too much work to keep track of him.
