Philadelphia woman accused of abandoning her quadriplegic son with cerebral palsy alone in the woods for over five days with nothing but a blanket and a Bible has been taken into police custody in Maryland

You know what, I have bipolar also and social anxiety. It's common sense, people with mental illness's do more crazy things, related to actions like the woman's in this article. People with mental illness's filled up over half of the prison complex, around half of the homeless population. Look up the study's, Yes, it is proven that people with mental illness's do most of the crazy stuff, and obviously it is also common sense. Yes, Fanaticism has been linked to mental illness's, just research all the religious, socio-political, utopian startups, and obsessive ideologies in history and you will find that out. Whats more is that research has proven that Fanatics are often mentally ill. But what is so bad about being mentally ill? Nothing really, it doesn't make you an "evil" person. It is often a biological malfunction in your prefrontal lobes or in the various other areas including your cerebreal v1 cortex. I have a "mental illness" which has gotten horrific over the years and I have been on many medications like Zoloft and Paxil. I'm not crazy or do crazy things, but I know that most of the crazy, out of place things, that happen are by people with mentall illness's, whether that is based on environmental indoctrination and socio-economic status, or a biological "error" that you were born with.

No the reality is, that not everyone that does something crazy gets to use it as an escape card. But..there are often times when the person commiting the "crime" is not culpable. Science has proven that there is no such thing as being fully culpable for commiting a wrong, especially if somebody has a biological malfunction. Basic Neuroscience teaches us that there is often (often ignored in our justice system) with the case of mentally ill people that they are often no culpable for their wrong-doing.

Well if you wanna discuss mass shooters. No,,some black/white gang member that does a shootout may not be mentally ill, but is just carrying out a somewhat normal thing in the ghetto, especially during the 80's past. But...a random kid going and shooting up a middle school with ar-15's in a suburban town, probably has some major issues. There is a difference.

Stop discriminating against the mentally ill???Look buddy, I am mentally ill!
