Yeah, I was reading these notes, saw that augment, immediately ctrl-F'ed Titania down to here to see if anyone else was baffled by it.

If you're building for Razorwing... You're not really going to be using the other abilities too often, especially spamming one every 8 seconds (also making you exit and recast Razorwing?)

It seems incredibly energy-inefficient. They probably intended it to just be a little bonus when you first cast Razorwing... but only 8 seconds after? That's not even worth the mod slot.

Also considering that I run Energy Conversion so I nab an orb before Razorwing... so there's no way in hell I'm going to cast anything else, and I don't like frequently recasting Razorwing because that means losing focus on the fight to go nab another orb. Clunky unnecessary hassle.

I was excited at first, but... it's just disappointing garbage.
