Planning a proposal? A treasure hunt? want to do something special? Ask your questions here!

This is awesome! I am planning a scavenger hunt for my boyfriend for his birthday..... Which is in October but I have nil free time and wanted to do it last year but failed at organisation.... So I am planning ahead this year!

Anyone have any good resources for websites with clue ideas or cyphers that they have used before or find good.

I would love to work maths into it somewhere as a cypher because he lectures maths at uni and it would be the sort of clue I would be hopeless at solving.... Any maths heads willing to help me out on constructing clues?

I plan to make it include lunch at our favourite craft brew bar (where the group of people we hang out with can be waiting to join us for afternoon beverages) then by evening go to the new retro arcade bar we have been meaning to try (and probably have another group of Friends there to hang out and play games!)

But then hoping for random adventures around the town to find statues or something with clues on them.

What I do wonder and Q for the architect.... Have you don't treasure hunts where you are with your friend while they solve clues and does it sort of make it less fun if your know what is going on and they don't. Like, because I am building it myself it isn't really is working together to solve it. Just me accompanying him while he solves it? Any experience with this sort of situation from anyone?
