I did call the guy who gave it to me because it says to do that if there is an issue so he can help you troubleshoot.
I was on the phone with him for 15 minutes and it seemed like we were having communication issues because he was telling me one thing, I wasn't seeing what he was telling me, I was telling him something I was seeing and he didn't seem like he understood what I was saying.
Then he said something in a very patronizing tone about how he showed me how to use it and it made me more worried that I am going to get screwed.
He eventually relented and said that it sounds like it's probably broken. I don't feel good about this.
I can't afford a $500+ (or way more??!) machine. This is ruining my sleep way more than potential sleep apnea.
