As a player, how do I get the other players to "play more?"

So, at this point your options are kinda limited other than getting confrontational.

But, future reference and for DMs reading this, this is often a Session 0 issue. Players get so invested in their backstory but oftentimes leave out the most important part of it--the transition from their story into the party's, often called "the hook", but I like to call it a given.

As in, in Lost Mine of Phandelver, it is a given that the players were hired by Gundran Rockseeker. It is the player's job to present to the DM how they know Gundran and why they were hired.

If you start out your campaign with "Y'all are in a tavern, what do you wanna do," sure, there's a chance it'll all work out, but it opens the door to stuff like this, where the DM has no concept of what the player/player characters' values are, and thus, how to get them hooked.
