Shumpert plays defense and can shoot the 3 decently. Wiggins has the 5th worst 3P% among guys who shoot at least 2/game, and the 6th worst DBPM of any guy who plays 25 minutes/game.

This is totally obvious from watching a couple Twolves games, I didn't even realize the stats would be as awful as they are. But you just can't make the argument that Wiggins would be anything other than a benchwarmer on a team with championship aspirations at this point in his career.
