Small addendum. My ex I'm still friends with, of which I talked in another post before, is diagnosed with schizophrenia.

I have been living with her in a shared apartment prior to our breakup, which was around 6 years or so. She's currently also struggling to get a DID diagnosis, they believe it's all just her schizophrenia symptoms.

It's not. The problem is, she would have gotten the diagnosis already, but she was too young at that point in time. I just wanted to add this to put emphasis on what I said in my previous comment.

And it makes my blood boil that cringey people like those that are shown here make it even harder than it needs to be. Even in countries like Germany. We're both not on the lucky side.
