0:21-0:22 Nidokings are the King chess pieces. The odd thing is the other chess boards seem to be missing kings all together.
0:24 The chess playing girl's dress may have berries on it event though it is a little hard to tell

To the right of the TV screen on a small blue screen looks like what could be a rare candy. The three letter abbreviations below the TV (resembling the stock ticker tape) could easily stand for something but I don't know.

Some predictions and connections: We know this is a commercial to aired for a very broad and general audience for the Superbowl. They even hint at this by including people from different ages, races, hobbies. They also interconnect things from the real world, chess and football with pokemon.
