to get a better idea of what is broken, check and see if the windows act normal when you use the switch on the corresponding door instead of the cluster of switches on the driver door.

if they work normally when using the individual switches, its pretty likely its just the driver door cluster going bad. this is not unlikely because the driver door cluster generally gets used far more often than the individual switches, I wouldn't imagine that this costs much more than 200$ at any mechanic... assuming the part cost around 100$ or less. or if you're even remotely handy it's pretty easy to replace a door switch.

if it also happens when using the individual switches on each passenger door... then you may have some other, probably far more complicated and expensive issue causing the problem.

either way don't use safelite for anything beyond glass replacement. Otto Khim, Shumakers, Casey's, Auto Analyst... any of those places can help you.

dealerships are generally not worth the extra cost.

and avoid Firestone, they're just crooks.
