Don't just identify as a trans girl, identify as a trans girl who puts in effort and cares a whole lot about their presentation. Value the effort that you've already put in, and treat your future development as seriously as anything else in your life. If you go looking, you can 100% absolutely guaranteed find mind boggling, dramatic, nearly unbelievable transformations by others who prioritized their gender presentation. They might have had to pinch pennies for healthcare or spend countless hours researching makeup or grind through hideous failed faces they tried on before they blossomed, and when you finally see them, you don't see all the struggles they went through.

It's no different from being able to create art or be good at a sport or learning a language; sucking at passing is just the first step to being kind of good at it.
