Probably already posted but this brightened up my morning

Howdy soccer fans. I have a simple question I've been pondering for some time since the start of this season: should I become a supporter of Liverpool AFC? As an American who was not born into an EPL franchise, it would have been very easy to pick one of the big franchises to support. Instead, I waited and in 2014, the USMNT made it through to the second round of the World Finals. I saw Tim Howard live, and when I found out he played for the Everton Franchise, I said "Here's my franchise." 5 years later, after supporting them win or lose from afar and witnessing a franchise I somehow grew to love slip in to what feels like disrepair, I want to gain that fervour again for a top top franchise. I'll probably not shake support for Everton but I need a top EPL franchise again, especially as there's zero coverage of franchises that get regulated into the Sky Bet EFL champions league over here. I've always been intrigued by Everton's neighbor Liverpool. Sometimes I wish it were the Liverpool's red uniform Tim Howard wore instead. As a youth my dad picked up a red pillow case from a shop here and I had no idea who they were. Years later, I've watched y'all develop wonderful talents under Rodgers, sell players to Barcelona as stars, and generally represent the antithesis of my beloved Everton: excellent recruitment, beautiful soccer, and all around good coaching under Klopp. I don't think I could bring myself to support the City Chelsea or Lester Blue franchises, as they've all won it before, but I ask all of all die hard Reds, "Why should I, a former Everton Toffee Blue, become a supporter of your franchise?"
