This reminds me of when Kevin Smith was on the Joe Rogan podcast a while back, and they got on the subject of dogs, their past dogs, family dogs etc. Kevin started getting choked up talking about how when he was younger, his family dog developed hip issues later in life so he began using a towel looper under the dogs hips, and he'd walk with the dog much like the dude in this video.

And I'll always remember him saying (I'm paraphrasing), '"I loved that dog, and I wanna help him walk. Shit when I get old I hope someone loves me enough to help me walk when I can't." And that's the most heartbreaking and heartwarming thing I always think back to when I see my dog getting older now, idk. Videos like this always make me choke up.
