Why would you ? You were surrounded by people who intended to cause you harm. You had no option but to do what it takes to defend yourself. It’s a tough situation and it can cause mental issue. If a guy who got his head hit on a cruise ship, got a payment of $22 million.. I am sure this would get proper payment. A mayor who is willing telling the cops to stand out and let the city burn to ground, will have to answer as well. Not only that, but the same person will be beginner for Federal Money and bailout as well. The business will move somewhere safer and so will people... causing more loss in revenue. It will be turning into another ghost town causing more and more issues
