When searching the cashmere hat it still shows up even when it is sold out. Refresh. Same thing.

So, I called, and very politely inquired about the hat, giving them the item number (33871 for cashmere hat). The customer service representative said it shows up in her inventory in navy, charcoal, and heather grey and said she will honor the sale, including the additional 50% off. Clearly, I grabbed all 3 for $24. (No, I did not ask about the additional 15%, I was already getting more than I expected from the call by getting the hat in charcoal, plus two colors not even currently online)
I would advise calling them and gentlemanly asking about any products in your size/color that appears sold out AND still shows up on the website such as the cashmere lined gloves, and cape sun glasses. Might be more difficult with clothing instead of accessories because of different colors and sizes, but if there is something that's been sold out before you were able to check out then there is definitely a small chance that they can honor it by phone, it's worth a shot.
