Please don't be sorry. Effect change. Learn correct grammar. That will help you be taken seriously by those who are abusing. You don't need to convince us, we already know the problems with the system. We don't need you to apologize, we need you to show your peers what they are doing. We aren't here to absolve you bc you realized the path you have chosen is abusive by nature - not just to your patients but also to you. That's not our place. Stop allowing yourself to be abused, and there will be nothing to apologize for because you will no longer be abusing others. There is no need to apologize for the actions of others. I have had to teach myself to do this. If we learn to stop abusing ourselves, we learn to stop abusing others. Identify the systemic issues and stop pathologizing individuals for completely reasonable responses to an entirely unreasonable overculture.
