Same thing happened to me. I had the absolute most horrible terrifying side effects from an antipychotic at 14, told my doctors crying begging them to get me off them (I was forced against my will to get my dose at a clinic or else be locked up) and they listed on my chart no side effects reported by patient.

Same thing happened at 36 after a complete breakdown. The cops were called on me. My mother my angel is my power of attorney and signed me out "under her care" in 4 days. I am still traumatized by it. All I did was scream and cry begging to go home despite being heavily drugged. Everyone hated my guts there. The "doctors" and nurses again said on my charts I had no side effects, and non-compliant. My Mom almost had to carry me out. Threw away the "meds." I had gained over ten pounds in 4 days on those "meds" and forced injections despite not eating i could not make it up. Please believe me (?)
