I am looking to do a flicker strike (either duelist or shadow, want a break from ranger) build to end the league just for the heck of it, but I have a few questions.

1. How would dex stacking work with it? I ask because I have a few pieces of dex stacking gear right now (claw and boots) that ideally I would like to reuse.
2. If I stick with a claw, how does nightblade synergize with flicker strike? It's no secret that nightblade is an awesome support for claw/dex stacking builds but my biggest question would be how often would I be resetting elusive with withering step? It's easy for a build like spectral throw because you can put it on your left mouse and every time you go from pack to pack you reset it
3. How much % of frenzy charge generation should you aim for (both mapping and bosses)? Multistrike is a must and Flicker strike has 20% on hit built in plus will get another 10% more from a redeemer chest. The marked mastery gives another 10% against marked enemies. Would getting another 10% from, say, a precursor ring be worth it? Is the % chance to gain max frenzy charges good?
