The LPW40 doesn’t have Bluetooth or USB. Nor does it have automatic playback like the LP60X. It has fewer features, not more.

The reason you’d be getting it over the LP60X is that it’s a real turntable with a proper counterweighted tonearm, a standard cartridge mount, adjustable tracking force, a self-correcting speed control system, adjustable anti-skate, and a solid MDF plinth.

In comparison the LP60X is a hollow plastic toy with no adjustability of any kind, a flimsy spring force tonearm, and a non-removable cartridge (which is much worse than the stock cart on the LPW40). It will sound considerably worse, the stylus will last about half as long before needing a swap, the mechanisms will have much less longevity, and due to the limitations of thư tonearm there will be certain records that it has trouble tracking… you will get skips on it from time to time.

The quality of a turntable has pretty much nothing at all to do with piling on the techy features. It’s only entry level turntables aimed at first time buyers that have USB and BT and stuff.
