I am going to say it's safe to assume OP is improving over time, and his team has gotten stronger. They probably aren't farming orbs, because they have likely gotten them all already. The context of OP's post, is pretty crucial to the comments that you are deciding to isolate in a vacuum and analyze.

What I said to OP may not be the most technically worded statement. But Technically speaking, we don't know the exact algorithm IS uses for Arena. So why are you dictating exactly how it works, when you yourself are making assumptions on its function? Have you read their source code for Arena Matchmaking? If so, I would enjoy to see it, and I'd eat my words on your superior knowledge of Fire emblem matchmaking algorithms.
