/r/games moderation responds about removal of TotalBiscuit threads. "In the end we came to a consensus that while the news is unfortunate, he is not enough of an industry figure to warrant this news being on /r/games." (Old thread got deleted)

They're not really explaining much, of what's already on the Escapist, and what Christ Roberts already explained. They're not going to any conclusions except asking the question if Escapist employ unethical journalistic practices, and I can tell you the answer to that. That answer is Yes.

My best friend and another good friend of mine both work for Christ Roberts, work at Cloud Imperium on Foundry 42, and everything the Escapists write can't be further from the truth. Both of my friends say it's the best job they've ever had. It's a relaxed, yet productive atmosphere and there are plenty of people who want to listen to and to turn to if you have a problem there.

The whole anti-star citizen stories and lies have come entirely from Derek Smart. He has personal grudges with Christ Roberts; and Derek Smart has never found any specific fact or evidence to back up any of his claims.

In my opinion, news sites who keep asking same questions as the Escapists instead of sticking to the facts, are just as click-baity. I'm not sure if you saw Citizen-Con; but the game looks awesome (I haven't played it yet, but watched my friend play it many times)

Besides; most people I've seen supporting the Escapists, has never even seen anything about Star Citizen, they haven't checked videos, screenshots or looked at the actual content that is already in the game.

Most people aren't even aware that you can already play minor parts of the game. People think of it as "another-kickstarter-fail" never to see the day of light; but it HAS seen the day of light - but everyone blindly follows crappy journalism. I used to like the Escapists, but the last 3 years it's turned into garbage; and after this incident with an article full of lies, I'm done with the Escapist.
