Some lawyer are okay but I’ve known many lawyers be complete dicks to paralegals and interns. Piling on the work and talking down to them. Had a couple of friends that briefly worked as paralegals. Sure they work a lot but why do many of them have to be such assholes? I used to get some of those assholes staying at a hotel I used to work at. It was a luxury hotel and they’d book rooms there to hook up w their escorts and mistresses. Then irritate and piss off staff when they’d get high on coke and just be difficult to deal w. Management made us put up w these assholes bc they brought in a lot of money Obviously not all are bad but holy shit the stories I heard. Maybe it’s bc of the area I used to work in was just filled w wealthy people and the law school nearby was a private one and many of them entered w/out needing a loan as they came from money.
