Need help guys.

TL;DR: Applied for Telbru net since September 2016, moved houses and everything, even went to the office to inform them that I will be moving houses in advance on 3rd week of December, until now as of January 2017 they still haven't install my net.

So last September 2016 I applied for a Telbru internet connection, guy at Mall branch said it will take at least 3-4 weeks until they install.

3-4 weeks past and they said they will install it in a few days. Those few days past and they say same thing, even though I keep calling them once everyday, until one day they finally said that the "poles" are full and they had to put us on "hold" while they request for a new "pole" to be built but they also need other applicants to apply in the area (I used to live in Beribi btw), around December 2016 we moved houses to Kiarong which is beside my cousins place since there was a vacant house.

We went to the Mall office and informed them in advance that we will be moving houses, they agreed to transfer the line to the new place, this time I am more confident that they should install it before end of December 2016 because my aunt had theirs installed a week after they applied for their line and we live in the same street now, just neighbors.

But of course I didn't stop calling Telbru at least once a day, before we moved houses they said they already check the place and it's fine and they will give us a call when they will install it in a few days but they didn't.

Now already 2017 and I am currently overseas until the 14th so I won't be able to call them and they still haven't installed our net before we even left the country.

So when I come back to Brunei I plan to go to their office and ask what is going on with them having a problem installing internet.

This is really retarded, had a friend who signed up for a line mid December and got theirs installed on the 28th while I have been waiting since SEPTEMBER 2016.
