Assuming you get $800 as a degree holder, after deducting tap & scp your net amount approximately $730. Then, the company top up anywhere between $200-1000 (depending on the agreed conditions and performance) this amount will be credited as "allowances" so this won't be deducted in tap & scp. so your final amount is anywhere between $900-1700 until your contract end. In some cases, companies may not want to top up it is better to jump ship.

If the company happened to absorb you for a permanent role, the final salary is upon negotiation. It might be fixed at that final amount ($900-$1700) or you may get reduction/increment depending on the company.
