Masou Gakuen HxH - MC has to grope the girls and make them feel good to power them up. Pretty meh otherwise honestly.

Magika No Kenshi To Shoukan - 10 books are so are translated, around books 5-6 he starts doing all that with a few girls each novel if I remember right. Including his summoned girl deity eventually as well. Series starts out good but stops being about the girls as much these last 3-4 books and is ramping up to the endgame.

Campione! almost reaches that point, but mostly limits itself to kissing. Really liked it though, love mythology shit.

High School DxD - Pretty damn close, but somehow the MC still hasn't done any of that. After volume 10 he has no reason not to anymore damnit.

Against the Gods - It's a wuxia so the wish fulfillment is even more blatant than LNs, but his powering up can be fun. Anyways it has a bit, but not a lot. He rubs his sexy wives body every night while lying about the reason (it's a short political marriage when he's the town joke) and ends up having to sleep with a beautiful ...Obasan? (well she's old yet supernaturally young) and got her preggo.

Shinmai Maou no Keiyakusha - this and Magika No Kenshi from above are your best bet. Lots of groping and lewd situations he has to put the girls into. Toward the end of what's translated he starts doing things with one of the girls as well (not the main ones, kinda a support character to relieve his frustration since he has to do that with the others but can't go farther).

Um, yeah this all is just me looking through my calibre library and remembering details. I don't occasionally enjoy these type novels. Right!
